Must-knows
- Age & ID: Primary renter must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID
- Boater Card:Requirements vary by location (NV/AZ/UT/CA). You are responsible for meeting local rules.
- Pickup & Check-out: Arrive 30 minutes early for paperwork, inspection, and hitching.
- Weather: Operations are weather-dependent and may be delayed/rescheduled for safety.
Restrictions
- 21+ minimum to rent.
- Proof of full coverage insurance is required for the tow vehicle.
- No alcohol consumption while operating.
- Maximum 3 riders on the PWC at a time (subject to weight/capacity limits).
- Valid driver’s license and
- Suitable tow vehicle with a minimum 3,500 lb tow capacity and correct hitch/working lights.

- No parking available at pickup location; plan drop-off/ride share accordingly.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable. If weather or water conditions are deemed unsafe and the vendor cancels the rental, guests may reschedule for a later time/date or receive a full refund. No-shows will not be refunded.
